William E. Kuhrt

William E. Kuhrt age 97 of Greenhills, Ohio passed away Sunday January 30, 2022 in his home. He was born January 13, 1925 in Evanston, Illinois the son of the late William J. and Frances (nee Meyer) Kuhrt. He was a decorated veteran of the U. S. Army during World War II and fought in the Battle of the Bulge. He was a Purple Heart and Bronze Star recipient for wounds and valor during his service. He was married to Nancy A. (nee Norwood) Kuhrt and she preceded him in death on September 8, 2017. Mr. Kuhrt is survived by four children, Frances (Guy) Gardner, Christine (Kenneth) Cress, William N. Kuhrt, and Lucinda (Dan Lovett) Morgan-Arozarena; six grandchildren and ten great grandchildren. A memorial service with military honors will take place on March 5, 2022 at 2:00PM at Saint Anne Episcopal Church 6461 Tylersville Rd West Chester, OH 45069.
