William "Bill" Riley

William “Bill” Riley age 78 of Elsmere, KY passed away on Tuesday August 8, 2023. He was born on August 1, 1945 in Mercer County, KY the son of the late Lowell and Cleva (nee Stratton) Riley. He is survived by one sister Freida (Harley) Nichols; and his significant other Betty Carroll. He also leaves behind many nieces, nephews, other family and close friends. Bill was preceded in death by four siblings Lowell Riley Jr, Donnie Riley, Connie Riley, and Brenda Riley. THE WEBSTER FUNERAL HOME is serving the family.
