Wendel Wetternacht, Jr.

Wendel Wetternacht, Jr. age 80 of Cincinnati passed away Friday May 23, 2025. He was born July 25, 1944 in Cincinnati, Ohio the son of the late Wendel Wetternacht, Sr. and Julia (Jaworski) Wetternacht. He was married to Mary Wetternacht for 54 years and she preceded him in death on April 1, 2024. Mr. Wetternacht was of the Catholic faith. He enjoyed race cars, wrestling and was especially fond of old movie Westerns. He is survived by two daughters Cecilia (Jessica) Wetternacht and Jessica (Robert) Reed; nine grandchildren Josh, Alyssa, Lauren, Kyle, Tyler, Carla, Bessie, Jamie, and Bobby; nineteen great grandchildren; one great-great grandson; one sister Rosemary Fenos; sisters-in-law Patti (Norm) Waddell and Anna Koch, and brother-in-law Larry (Connie) Simpkins and numerous nieces and nephews. Wendel was a devoted family man and cherished spending time with his family. Mr. Wetternacht was also preceded in death by two brothers George White and Raymond White, and two grandchildren Mathew and Madeline. Visitation at THE WEBSTER FUNERAL HOME 3080 Homeward Way at Rt. 4, Fairfield on Thursday May 29, 2025 from 12:00 PM until the time of the funeral service at 1:00 PM, with Rev.
