Vivian L. Owens

Vivian L. Owens age 81 of Hamilton passed away Tuesday June 3, 2025, which happened to be her and her husband Russell’s 59th wedding anniversary. She was born April 8, 1944 in Hazard, Kentucky the daughter of the late Delbert Poe and Opal (Ratliff) Poe. Mrs. Owens worked for many years at Wright Bernet in Hamilton. She loved to cook and attending family gatherings. She also greatly enjoyed going to classic car shows with Russell. She is survived by her husband of 59 years, Russell Owens; her brother Bobby (Rebecca) Poe; many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, great great nephew and nieces, sister-in-law Patty Poe, and brothers-in-law Burlie Owens and Ernest Owens. She was also preceded in death by her brothers Harold Poe and Lawrence Poe. Visitation at THE WEBSTER FUNERAL HOME 3080 Homeward Way at Rt. 4, Fairfield on Tuesday June 10, 2025 from 12:00 PM until the time of the funeral service at 1:00 PM, with Pastor Wilma Jackson, officiating.
