Toni R. Maggard

Toni R. Maggard age 64 of Hamilton passed away Friday July 24, 2026 in her home. She was born November 13, 1961 in Hamilton, Ohio the daughter of the late Dan Noe, Jr. and Hilda Martin Noe. Toni was a 1980 graduate of Hamilton Garfield High School. On February 20, 1989 she married David Maggard. She was the executive assistant in the Butler County Public Defender’s Office for many years. She was a member of the Moose Lodge #36 in Hamilton. Toni would light up any room she walked into and was loved by all who knew her. She will be deeply missed by her family and her many close friends and co-workers. Toni is survived by her dear husband David Maggard; two children Matthew Maggard and Mandy Childers; three grandchildren Ryan Dennis, Monroe Maggard, Raelynn Bowman, and many nieces and cousins. She was also preceded in death by her twin sister Joni Dean and her grandparents Eliza and Felix Johnson. Private services will be observed by the family.
