Tobie Allen age 71 passed away Friday January 31, 2020. She was born in London, KY to the late Pleas and Josephine (nee Lakes) Allen. Tobie is survived by children James (Pam) Day, Ryan Day, Ellie (Douglas Reeves) Day; nine grandchildren with one on the way; two great grandchildren; siblings Jackie Allen, Barbara (Ernie) Sizemore and was also survived by many other family and friends. She was also preceded in death by a daughter Ricki Day and five siblings.
