Tina Phillips

Tina Lynn Phillips age 54, of Hamilton, OH passed away Monday, October 09, 2023. She was born June 30, 1969, to the late Judy Couch and James Heinrich. Tina was a loving mother, wife, grandma, and friend. Her husband Tom was the love of her life, they met in Hamilton where her and Tom started their life and family together. Tina was caring and wanted the best for everyone. Tina is survived by her husband of 23 years, Thomas Phillips; her daughter, Shaylee Phillips; step children, Yalonda (Marvin) Middleton, Tina (Gary) Hoffman, Brandon Phillips, and James Paulley; her granddaughter, Everly Froman and her step grandchildren, Kyle Phillips, Kevin Phillips, Christopher Hoffman, Ausin McKenney, and Callie McKenney; her sisters, Carla (Harold) Sarver and Annette (Jerry) Koons. Tina was preceded in death by her brother, Brian Smith; her step son, Thomas Phillips Jr.; her step grandson, Michael McKenney. A visitation will be held Monday, October 16, 2023, at THE WEBSTER FUNERAL HOME, 3080 Homeward Way, Fairfield at Rt.4, at 10:00 AM until the time of the funeral service at 12:00 PM.
