Thomas James Williams

Williams, Thomas James, 75 passed away on May 3, 2025. Born in Cincinnati, Ohio to Clifford J. and Mary Margaret (Peggy, née Rolfsen) Williams, Tom attended Elder High School and graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a degree in chemistry. He began his career with Kroger then transitioned into a role combining his passion for chemistry and business acumen, serving as a senior account manager with Millipore Sigma for over 22 years. Tom stayed true to his Cincinnati roots and loved the Reds, Bengals, UC, the zoo, and Skyline Chili. He enjoyed walks with his grandson, attending the Masters Tournament, hiking in the North Cascades Mountains, woodworking, and volunteering at Habitat for Humanity. He also welcomed several rescue cats into his home. Tom will be remembered for his kind smile, big laugh, and warm hugs. Tom is survived by his wife of 34 years, Cynthia (née Dugan); stepchildren, Ellen, and Alex Bayer (Amanda Kordal); grandchild, Asa Kordal Bayer; his siblings, Greg Williams, and Bonita Goldberg (Mick Goldberg); and numerous nieces and nephews.
