Sherry L. Hernandez

Sherry L. Hernandez age 53 of Hamilton passed away on Thursday January 29, 2026. She was born on August 31, 1972 in Hamilton the daughter of the late Gene and Patricia (nee Rader) Betz Sr. She is survived by her loving husband Praxedis Hernandez; two children Danielle (Marlena) Geise and Alex Hernandez; two grandchildren Landon Scruggs and Bradley Geise; two brothers Brian Betz and Gene Betz Jr; her former sister-in-law and best friend Kelly Betz; five half siblings Kim Applegate, Rhonda Applegate, Donnie Applegate, Donald Applegate, and Billy Applegate. Sherry also leaves behind many nieces, nephews, other family and close friends. She was also preceded in death by her dad Butch Applegate; and two siblings Kimberly Bierman and Gary Betz. Visitation will be on Thursday February 12, 2026 at THE WEBSTER FUNERAL HOME 3080 Homeward Way at Rt. 4, Fairfield from 11:00AM until the time of the funeral at 1:00PM.
