In Loving Memory of Sheila D. Barrett Sheila D. Barrett (Colebank), 82, passed away peacefully on August 23, 2026. She was born June 6, 1944 in Hamilton, Ohio, the daughter of the late Colvin Colebank and Quencetta (Lovely) Ross. Sheila was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Robert M. Barrett; her sister, Pamela Deaton; and her son, Charles T. Tinsley Jr. Though they are no longer with us, their memories will forever be treasured. Sheila is survived by her three children, Melissa (Michael) Trotta, Kristine Fehler (Cary, deceased) of Utah, and Michael Maloney. She also leaves behind her grandchildren, Karli Harrison, Ethan Morris of Hamilton, Ohio, Megan Hancock of Tennessee, and Courtney Billings of Utah; as well as her great-grandchildren, Kayson, Kenley, Katherine, and Kaleb Billings of Utah. Sheila loved spending time with the people she cared about most. Among her favorite pastimes were going to the casino and playing cards with family and friends. Those special moments, filled with laughter, conversation, and togetherness, are memories her loved ones will cherish. Sheila will be deeply missed but lovingly remembered by her family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Her spirited personality and fiery strength will never be forgotten, and her memory will live on through the many lives she touched and the love she so generously shared. Visitation will be on Tuesday September 1, 2026 at THE WEBSTER FUNERAL HOME 3080 Homeward Way at Rt. 4, Fairfield from 12:00PM until the time of the funeral at 1:00PM.
