Sandra K. Roberts

Sandra K. Roberts age 66 of Fairfield passed away at 9:59PM Tuesday July 4, 2023 at Kettering Health Hamilton surrounded by her family. She was born on August 24, 1956 in Hamilton, the daughter of the late Walter and Wanda (nee Babb) Roberts. Sandra is survived by two children Brandy Burns and Shanna (Mike) Davenport; four grandchildren Lester Burns, Braxton Duncil, Savannah Duncil, and Maegann Davenport; two brothers Walter (Anne) Roberts and Doug (Juanell) Roberts. One niece Jennifer (Jason) Roberts; one nephew Joshua (Kelly) Roberts; and a special daughter active in her life Sara Langford. Many others held a special place in her heart, but especially her aunts Edna Roberts and Bonnie Hendren; special friends Christie Chandler, Ervin Wurzelbaucher, Betty Bates, and Debbie Barnett. Sandy enjoyed traveling and visiting with family and friends. She loved a good deal and trolling local thrift stores. There was nothing she enjoyed more than her daughters; they were the light of her life. Sandy never met a stranger. She had an open-door policy and was known as “Mom” to many of her daughter’s friends. Sandy loved the holidays and always took time to make holiday treats to share. She will forever be missed. A graveside service will take place Friday July 7, 2023 at Greenwood Cemetery’s Mausoleum Chapel at 1:00PM with Pastor Barry Wilson officiating.
