Ruth Smiddy age 80 of Cincinnati passed away on Sunday June 16, 2024. She was born on January 13, 1944 in Clay County, KY the daughter of the late Caleb and Annalee (nee Minton) France. She is survived by one son Philip (Dawn) Smiddy; two grandsons Thomas (Sierra) Smiddy and Jonathan Smiddy; three great grandsons Brook Smiddy, Mark Whitaker, and Raelynn Smiddy; a special friend of over 20 years Murrell Barnett; two siblings Larry (Barb) France and Helen (the late Steve) Helton. She also leaves behind many nieces, nephews, other family and close friends.
