Roger Caudill

Roger Caudill age 79, of Trenton, Ohio passed away peacefully with family by his side on February 28, 2026. He was born in Danville, Kentucky on January 31, 1947 the elder son of Chester and Bobbie Caudill. Roger was married for 42 wonderful years to the love of his life, Shirley Miller Caudill. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife Shirley, step-daughter Kelley, and sister Marcella (Gary) Philpot. Roger devoted most of his working career to serving as a Manufacturing Engineer, most recently at GSS in Springboro. He took pride in his work and retired just a couple of years ago after many dedicated years in the field. Roger also honorably served in the United States Navy. Outside of work Roger enjoyed watching movies, loved to cook, and also loved spending time at the casinos, where he found excitement, laughter, and a bit of fun trying his luck. Those moments brought him joy and many stories shared with family. He is survived by his brother Lee (Linda) Caudill, his loving nieces, Tracy (Eddie Vest) and Melissa (Mike Glover), along with niece Amanda Caudill and his nephew Warren Philpot and extended family members. He was a beloved brother, uncle, and friend who will be deeply missed by all who knew him. Special thank you to all of the doctors and nurses at Kettering Grandview in Dayton who took exceptional care of Roger. Roger will be remembered for his strength, his loyalty to family, and the quiet steady presence he brought into the lives of those who loved him. Visitation at THE WEBSTER FUNERAL HOME 3080 Homeward Way at RT. 4, Fairfield on Friday March 6, 2026 from 11:00 AM until the time of the funeral service at 12:00 PM, with Pastor Barry Wilson, officiating.
