Robert H. Hallman

Robert H. Hallman, 89 (20 days shy of 90), of Cincinnati, Ohio and formerly of Haddonfield, NJ, left us to join his Creator, his bride and his daughter on Saturday, May 20, 2023, at Maple Knoll Village. His loving wife Carole passed away on August 29, 2019, and his daughter Leigh (Eric) Marsh on July 17, 2019. Bob (GOAT) and Carole were happily married for 65 years.

Graduating from Audubon High School in 1951, he went on to become a Manager at Bell of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, retiring after 38 years. (38 yrs., 5 months, and 5 days). He also spent several years serving his country in U.S. Army with the Signal Corps. He was a very active member of Holy Trinity Lutheran Church in Audubon serving as an usher and also called all to worship by ringing the bell. He lived up to his name of GOAT by the kindness, humility, patience, and love shown daily. A legacy that will live on through his children and grandchildren.

He is survived by two children, Guy (Karen) Hallman of Union, KY and Bruce (Karen) Hallman of Royal Palm Beach, FL; five grandchildren Nathan Hallman, Sarah (Myles) Hallman, Ariel (Brandon) Moore, Zachary Hallman, and Abigail Hallman; one great grandchild Oliver Moore; One son in law, Eric Marsh; three siblings, Janet Saylor of Peoria, Ill, David (Marcia) Hallman of Manchester, PA and Shirley (Donald) Sweitzer of York, PA. and many nieces and nephews.

An open house celebration of life for Robert, Carole & Leigh will be held at DoubleTree Suites, 515 Fellowship Road, Mount Laurel, NJ 08054-1114 on July 15, 2023-11:00am – 2:00pm.
