Richard Allen Wagers, II age 39 of Hamilton passed away Friday October 22, 2021. He was born September 2, 1982 in Hamilton, Ohio the son of Teresa Saylor Wagers and the late Richard Allen Wagers. He is survived by his mother Teresa Wagers; daughter, Norah; two sisters Rhieanna Wagers and Mackenzie (Charlie) Litteral; two brothers Nicholas (fiance Kelly) Wagers and J. (Sierra) Wagers; grandmother Wanda (the late Alvin) Newton; aunts Cindy Bryan and Geraldine (Dwight) Dunnihoo; uncles Ronnie Wagers and Rodney (Gina); He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, and other family members and close friends. Richard was also preceded in death by his grandfather Curtis Saylor and his grandmother Geneva.
