Billie “Renee” Matthews age 59 of Hamilton passed away on Sunday April 5, 2026. She was born on September 4, 1966 in Butler County, OH. She is survived by her loving husband of over 29 years, Joseph Matthews; six children Michael (Amanda) Curtis, Rich (Cinnamon) Ballinger, Destiny Miller, Heidi Kirby, Beth Harbison, and Tiffany Matthews; seven grandchildren Jonathan (Hannah) Curtis, Jacob Curtis, Samantha Curtis, Jayden Ballinger, Jackson Ballinger, Brooklyn Ballinger, and Bronson Ballinger; three siblings Ronald (Anita) Noe, Bobbie (Keith) Moore, and Crystal (Rob) Herr. She also leaves behind many nieces, nephews, cousins, other family, and close friends. She was preceded in death by her mother Janet Herr; two siblings Marsha Carr and Randy Noe. Visitation will be on Thursday April 9, 2026 at THE WEBSTER FUNERAL HOME 3080 Homeward Way at Rt. 4, Fairfield from 10:00AM until the time of the funeral at 12:00PM.
