Rebecca Dowd-Blanton age 72 of Hamilton passed away on Sunday March 13, 2022. She was born on June 17, 1949 in Hamilton the daughter of the late Charles and Thelma (Clemmons) Dowd Sr. She is survived by one son Shane Chafin; seven grandchildren; one brother Chuck (Sheila) Dowd; three nieces. She also leaves behind many great nieces and nephews, other family and close friends. Rebecca was also preceded in death by one son Kenneth Caldwell and one sister Sheila Cain.
