Rachel Ann Davis

Rachel Ann Davis, age 40, passed away on September 9, 2023 in Dayton, Ohio surrounded by her loved ones. She was born on July 30, 1983, in Anniston, Alabama. Rachel was the beloved daughter of Terry Turner and the late Victoria Schlesselman. She is survived by her wife Amanda Davis; her children Kira (Kane) Proctor, Ryan Evans, Edward Turner and Alma-Jean Rodda; grandchildren Kaiden Proctor and Kolton Proctor; siblings Jason (Jennifer) Turner and Wendy Shears; niece Mary and nephews Kyle and Matthew; maternal grandfather Carl Lowe; lifelong friend Jennifer Rooks, three aunts and many cousins and friends. Rachel loved her children and grandchildren more than anything in the world. Rachel was known for her fiery personality and strength, both of which she passed down to her children. She had many passions, but she loved her Pittsburgh Steelers, Auburn football and being with family and friends. She was a kind soul that never met a stranger. If you wanted to talk, she was always there. Rachel was easy to love and hard to forget, she will be missed immensely. Rachel was preceded in death by her mother Victoria Schlesselman, maternal nana Gennie Lowe, maternal aunt Cyndi Ann, paternal grandparents Jewell and Robert Turner and paternal uncle Sam Turner.
