Penny J. Crouch

Penny J. Crouch age 57 of Hamilton passed away Sunday November 12, 2023. She was born April 28, 1966 in Hamilton, Ohio the daughter of Opal Dunaway and the late Glenn Parker. Penny was an avid gardener and enjoyed cooking. She was know as the life of the party. She is survived by her mother Opal (Kent) McDaniel; three children Crystal Kolb, Christina (Lyndale) Justice, and August (Elizabeth) Kolb; six grandchildren Gabby, Logan, Aiden, Alex, Austin, and Everly; and five siblings, Debbie (Bryant) McCoy, Glendale Parker, Lisa Richardson, Melvin (Barb) Parker, and Amy (Fred) Green. Penny is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, her special friend Dave, and many other family members and close friends. Visitation at THE WEBSTER FUNERAL HOME 3080 Homeward Way at Rt. 4, Fairfield on Thursday November 16, 2023 from 10:00 AM until the time of the funeral service at 12:00 PM, with Pastor Danny Murphy, officiating. Burial to follow in Millville Cemetery.
