Neal Richard Menninger age 60 of Hamilton, Ohio passed away Monday January 16, 2023. He was born May 20, 1962 in Hamilton, Ohio the son of the late James E. Menninger and Rosemary (Spivey) Menninger. Mr. Menninger was a talented artist who enjoyed painting and drawing. He is survived by his siblings Terrill (The late Richard) Broshear, Linda (Bob) Krause, Jim Menninger, Judy (John) Philpot, and Leah Menninger. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
