Marilyn Carter age 77, of Hamilton, Ohio passed away on Monday, May 27, 2024. She was born on July 18, 1946, to the late Martin and Helen (nee Gustin) McClellan in Lebanon, Ohio. Marilyn is survived by her daughters, Chandra (James) Rogers and Candice (Jack) Frederick; son, Brian Carter; grandchildren, Michael Rogers Jr., Kaden Rogers, Jennifer (Frank) Herrera, Jessica (Clayton) Frederick, Robert Jamie (Mary Jane) Frederick, Casey (Hannah) Frederick, Brian Carter Jr., Carly Carter, Isaiah Carter; great-grandchildren, Ben, Isabelle, Olivia, Weston, Roe, and Colton; sibling, Marlene McClellan Smith, Martin O. McClellan Jr., Lorraine Abshear Bishop, Sandra Abshear Detrick, Kenneth Abshear; nieces, Krista Kananen and Kelly Smith; nephews, Tyler McClellan and Marty McClellan. She is also survived by her many other nieces, nephews, family and friends. Marilyn was preceded in death by her parents, Martin and Helen McClellan; her husband, James Vance Carter. A visitation will be held on Thursday, May 30, 2024, at THE WEBSTER FUNERAL HOME 3080 Homeward Way, Fairfield at Rt.4, from 5:00 PM until the time of funeral service at 6:00 PM with Pastor Barry Wilson officiating.
