Margaret N. Cornn, age 102, peacefully passed away Friday morning, January 30, 2026, surrounded by love and grace. She was born on November 23, 1923, in Harlan, Kentucky, the cherished daughter of the late Denver and Fannie Nolan. Margaret was united in marriage to her adoring and devoted husband, William H. Cornn, with whom she shared 72 wonderful years of love, partnership, and unwavering devotion. William preceded her in death in 2012, and Margaret carried his memory in her heart every day. A woman of deep and abiding faith, Margaret lived her life anchored in her love for God, family, and community. Her faith guided her actions and brought comfort to those around her. She was a source of strength, kindness, and wisdom to all who knew her. Margaret was a loving and devoted mother to William (Carol) Cornn, Jr., Betty (Don Dixon) McGary, the late Sheridan Cornn, Danny (Elaine) Cornn, and Paul (Bonnie) Cornn. She was a proud and cherished grandmother to 10 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great-grandchildren, each of whom brought her immeasurable joy. She is also survived by her beloved siblings Muriel (Jim) Lambert, Bill Nolan, Martha Younts, and Barbara (Mickey) Ruffino, along with many treasured nieces and nephews, extended family members, and a host of dear friends. Margaret was preceded in death by her siblings Mossie Gross, Opal Lee Napier, Melvin Nolan, Sheridan Nolan, Vilva Nolan, Gladys Atkins, H.L. Nolan, and Foil Nolan. Margaret’s life was a testament to love, faith, perseverance, and family. Her gentle spirit, songs she sang, warm smile, and enduring legacy will live on through the generations she so lovingly nurtured. Visitation will be held at Webster Funeral Home, 3080 Homeward Way, Fairfield, Ohio, on Wednesday, February 4, 2026, beginning at 12:30 p.m. The funeral service will follow at 1:00 p.m., with Chuck Akers and Pastor Doug Stevens officiating.
