Kathleen K Montgomery

Kathleen Keefe Montgomery age 66 of Fairfield passed away Friday December 17, 2021. She was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on December 7, 1955 the daughter of the late Gerry and Marylee McDevitt Keefe. A devoted and loving mother and wife, she is survived by her children Ryan and Heather Montgomery and husband Rod Montgomery, as well as her sister Maggie Keefe and brothers Mike, Kevin, Tim, and Dan Keefe. She was a teacher’s aide in the Hamilton City School District before her retirement. Kathy loved summers in the sun out by the pool of Rolling Hills Swim Club and family vacations to the beaches of Destin, Florida. She was a loyal Xavier University Alumna, a die-hard Musketeers basketball fan, and was recognized as a Pioneer of Women’s Athletics at Xavier University where she played tennis and volleyball. She was also the first woman President of the Xavier Musketeer Club. Visitation will be on Saturday January 8, 2022 at the Fairfield Church of God, 6001 Dixie Highway, Fairfield from 12:00 PM until the time of the memorial service at 3:00 PM.
