Joshua A. Brown

Joshua A. Brown of Hamilton was born August 15, 1984 in Fostoria, Ohio and passed away Wednesday July 23, 2025. He was a veteran of seven years in the United States Army and was highly decorated, serving in the Iraqi War on Terrorism. Josh worked as a truck driver and will be sadly missed by his family and many close friends. He is survived by his father Anthony Brown, his mother Brenda Wertz, stepfather Jeff Wertz; two sons Parker and Lincoln Brown; his companion Crystal Hendrix and her daughters Cora and Caiah; one brother Kevin (Rachel) Wertz; one sister Danielle (Kyle) Withers; special aunt Laura (Brian) Williams; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his grandparents Kenneth and Ethel Leisure. A celebration of Josh’s life will be held on Monday August 11, 2025 at the Veterans Park, 20 New London Road, Hamilton, Ohio 45013.
