Johnnie Hampton

Johnnie Hampton age 85 of Liberty Township passed away on Friday March 6, 2026. He was born on August 20, 1940 in London, KY the son of the late Clyde and Betty (nee Hibbard) Hampton. Johnnie retired from International Paper after many years of service. He is survived by his loving wife Carolyn Sue Hampton; five children Ricky Watts, John Ray (Judi) Hampton, Steve (Teresas) Hampton, Billy (the late Melissa) Hampton, and Kevin (Juanita) Hampton; nine grandchildren Gregory, Ashley, Brittany, Faith, Jason, Isaac, Shelby, Kellan, and Annika; many great grandchildren; one sister Joella (the late John) Hibbitts; one nephew David (Sarah) Hibbitts; one great nephew Donnie (Karen) Hibbitts. He also leaves behind many other family and close friends. The family will receive guests on Thursday March 12, 2026 from 9:00AM-10:00AM at THE WEBSTER FUNERAL HOME 3080 Homeward Way at Rt. 4, Fairfield before processing to North Monroe Cemetery for burial.
