John Thomas Horn age 19 of Fairfield Township passed away on Saturday January 8, 2022. He was born on July 16, 2002 in Fairfield the son of Dennis and Jill (nee Gibson) Horn. He is survived by his loving parents Dennis and Jill Horn; three brothers Ben Horn, Charlie Horn, and Danny Horn; grandparents Stan (Phyllis) Horn, Charles (Jan) Gibson, and Nancy (Don) Wilson; four aunts Susan (the late Dan) McMurray, Deanna (Gus) Cocina, Karen (John) Quinlan, and Wendy Gibson; eight cousins Morgan Reveille, Colton Wilmot, Hope McMurray, Mark Chandler, Jack Chandler, David Chandler, Avery Quinlan, and Gracen Quinlan. He also leaves behind many dear friends. Private services will be held at the convenience of the family. THE WEBSTER FUNERAL HOME is serving the family.
