John L. Suermann

John L. Suermann age 86 of Fairfield passed away Wednesday September 30, 2026. He was born October 4, 1939 in Cincinnati, Ohio the son of the late Leslie Suermann and Florence Bressert Suermann. He was a veteran of the US Air Force. Mr. Suermann worked as an accountant at Aeronca Aircraft and Manufacturing Company. He is survived by his wife of 59 years Mildred Ernst Suermann; three children Tami (Ken) Tumblison, Kristia (Dan) Overberg, and Jon Todd (Kim) Suermann; six grandchildren Craig Tumblison, Conner (Emily) Tumblison, Jacob (Alyssa) Overberg, Jackson Overberg, Sydney Cromwell, and Trevor Cromwell; great granddaughter Mara Tumblison; and one sister Kay (the late Charles) Rielage. Visitation at THE WEBSTER FUNERAL HOME 3080 Homeward Way at Rt. 4, Fairfield on Monday October 5, 2026 from 10:00 AM until the time of the Christian Blessing service at 11:00 AM.
