John G. Hamilton

John G. Hamilton age 85 of Liberty Township, Ohio passed away Friday November 14, 2025. He was born November 26, 1940 in Newport News, Virginia the son of the late Albert Hamilton and Nettie Triplett Hamilton. Mr. Hamilton was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force. He retired from General Electric working as a systems analyst and a database administrator for many years. He was a Boy Scouts of America Scoutmaster and enjoyed cooking. He was a member of the Monroe United Methodist Church and enjoyed singing in the church choir. Mr. Hamilton is survived by his beloved wife Tula Bates Hamilton; one son John (Sarah) Hamilton, II; one daughter Christina (Ryan) May; and five grandchildren Rachel Hamilton, Maggie Hamilton, Lorraine May, Keith May, and Louise May. He was also preceded in death by his sister Mary Jane Downs. Visitation at THE WEBSTER FUNERAL HOME 3080 Homeward Way at Rt. 4, Fairfield on Friday November 21, 2025 from 10:00 AM until the time of the funeral service at 11:00 AM, with Pastor Jeff Motter, officiating.
