John A. Ruebel, Jr.

John A. Ruebel, Jr. age 67 of Fairfield Township passed away Friday February 24, 2023. He was born June 25, 1955 in Cincinnati, Ohio the son of the late John A. Ruebel, Sr. and Lois (Crawford) Ruebel. John grew up in Northside where he attended Aiken High School. He enjoyed riding horses, cruising on his motorcycle and fishing. He took pride in his work and family. He was strong and courageous through his long cancer battle that he fought with all his might. He is survived by his wife Melinda (Cox) Ruebel; three sons John (Jesi) Ruebel, III, Dustin (Vicki) Hensley, and Derrick (Ashley) Hensley; seven grandchildren Jag, Shane, Abel, Alyssa, Cheyenne, Kaylee, and Alex; twin sister Nancy (Pete) Luciano, sister Sue Zimmerman, and brother Bill (Tammy) Ruebel. John was also preceded in death by his step father Frank Silz and sister Peggy Ligon. Visitation at THE WEBSTER FUNERAL HOME 3080 Homeward Way at Rt. 4, Fairfield on Thursday March 2, 2023 from 10:00 AM until the time of the funeral service at 12:00 PM, with Pastor Aaron Phillips, officiating.
