Jimmy Scales age 68 of Reading passed away Sunday September 16, 2018. He was born December 25, 1949 in Russell County, Kentucky the son of the late Ralph and Dorothy (nee Brumelow) Scales. He is survived by his daughter Angela (Kelly) Hampton; two grandchildren Destiny and Rebecca Hampton; siblings Louise (the late Robert) Partin, Phyllis (Ben) Mills, Jerry (Debra) Scales, Darrell (Mary Robin) Scales, and Annette (Joe Hall) Scales, and the late Marshalene “Tudy” Hughes and Elwanda Scales. Mr. Scales is also survived by his special friend Wanda Montgomery and several nieces and nephews. Visitation at THE WEBSTER FUNERAL HOME 3080 Homeward Way at Rt. 4, Fairfield on Wednesday September 26, 2018 from 11:00 AM until the time of the funeral service at 12:00 PM, with Pastor Mike Callahan, officiating.
