Jennifer "Renee" Ray

Jennifer “Renee” Ray age 43 of Trenton passed away on Sunday June 7, 2026. She was born on July 5, 1982 in Harlan, KY, the daughter of Brenda and the late Kenneth Ray. Renee’s life was one of unwavering faith and hope. She gave her life to Jesus at 9 years old, and served him faithfully for over 34 years. She served as a Children’s minister and Chaplin, as well as a dedicated intercessor. Some of her greatest joys were found in worship, prayer, and spending time with those she loved most. She had a special gift for encouraging others and touched many lives through her kindness, compassion and genuine love for people. Renee is survived by her mother Brenda (nee Hayes) Ray; one sister Melody (George) Brown; one niece Madison (Travis) Manning; one great nephew Oliver Manning; her best friend and Prayer Warrior Sue (Terry) Thurston; two aunts Barbara Parsons and Jewell Calloway. She also leaves behind many other family and close friends. Visitation will be on Thursday June 18, 2026 at Kerusso Baptist Church 1069 Millville Oxford Rd Hamilton, OH 45013 from 10:00AM until the time of the funeral at 12:00PM with Mrs. Sue Thurston officiating.
