Jeffery S. Stephen

Jeffery S. Stephen age 48 of West Chester passed away on Tuesday April 25, 2023. He was born on August 3, 1974 in Oxford, the son of Frederick C. Stephen Jr and Judith (nee Hayes) Stephen. Jeffery was a veteran of the United States Navy. He owned a concrete company for many years. Jeff loved the Ohio State Buckeyes. He loved boating on Brookville Lake. He is survived by his daughter Zoe Stephen; one granddaughter Iverly Mae Stephen; one grandson on the way; his father Frederick C. (Theresa) Stephen Jr; mother Judith Stephen; four siblings Frederick C. (fiancée Rebecca) Stephen II, Sarah (Christopher) Burke, Katherine (Jesse) Metcalf, and Mary (Bill) Jones; two stepsons Austin Hurley and Taylor Minter; four nieces and nephews Alexis Stephen, Madison Stephen, Christopher Burke, Jr., and Abigail Burke. He also leaves behind his significant other Kristen Gallant as well as many other family and close friends. Visitation will be on Monday May 1, 2023 at THE WEBSTER FUNERAL HOME 3080 Homeward Way at Rt. 4, Fairfield OH 45014 from 12:00PM until the time of the funeral at 2:00PM with Pastor Tim White officiating also with full military honors.
