James "Doug" Tillery

James “Doug” Tillery age 65 of Hamilton passed away on Saturday January 24, 2026. He was born on June 10, 1960 in Hamilton the son of the late James and Eudell (nee Sparks) Tillery. Doug was a veteran of The United States Marine Corps. He is survived by his daughter Jessica Tillery-Gilland; four grandchildren Jaden Gilland, Jaley Gilland, Kye Gilland, and Kira Gilland; six siblings Liz (Dave) Holland, Jeannie Gentry, Patty (Karl) Toennis, George Tillery, Hansel (Beverly) Tillery, and Wayne (Gwenda) Tillery. He also leaves behind many nieces, nephews, other family, and close friends. Doug was also preceded in death by two sisters Penny Cavin and Paula Green. THE WEBSTER FUNERAL HOME is serving the family. A committal service will be on Tuesday February 10, 2026 at 2:00PM at Dayton National Cemetery with full military honors.
