Jackie L. Mullins

Jackie L. Mullins age 75 of Monroe, Ohio passed away Wednesday December 24, 2025. She was born August 14, 1950 in Middletown, Ohio to the late Roy and Betty (Felty) Waggoner. Jackie was an avid gardener and had a love for sewing. She will be greatly missed by her family and all who knew her. Jackie is survived by her two sons Ed (Barbara) Mullins and Robbie (Rachel) Mullins; her three grandchildren Lilly Mullins, Colin Mullins, and Reed Mullins; her brothers Junior Waggoner, Eddie Ray Waggoner, Bobby Waggoner, and Hobie Waggoner; one sister Jeanie Adams; she is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other family and friends. Jackie was preceded in death by her husband Edward Mullins who passed away in 2011, her brother Wayne Waggoner, and her sister Judy Leach. The family will receive friends at 10AM Friday January 2, 2026 in the chapel at Butler County Memorial Park, 4570 Trenton Oxford Road, with burial to follow.
