Helen Elizabeth Watson

Helen Elizabeth Watson age 80 went home to be with the Lord on Saturday September 17, 2022. She was born on March 22, 1942 in Huntington, WV. Helen was a devoted mother, grandmother, great grandmother. Her love and compassion will be missed by all who knew her. She is survived by her mother Flora (the late Irea) Sanders; nine children Robert Sanders, Richard Sanders, Connie (the late Eddie Cross) Sanders, Ada (Robert) Boyd, Mary Gott, Roger (Leslie) Hensley, Helen (George) Ernst, Ronald (Theresa) Sanders, and Nicole (nee Sanders) Begley; twenty-nine grandchildren; sixty-two great grandchildren; several great great grandchildren. She also leaves behind many nieces, nephews, other family, and close friends. Helen was preceded in death by one son Randy Sanders; one sister Barbara Miller; four grandchildren; and six great grandchildren. Visitation will be on Friday September 23, 2022 at THE WEBSTER FUNERAL HOME 3080 Homeward Way at Rt. 4, Fairfield from 5:00PM-8:00PM. The funeral will be on Saturday September 24, 2022 at 10:00AM at the funeral home with Pastor Ed Sanders officiating. Burial will follow in Landmark Memorial Gardens.
