Harold Gene Reed

Harold Gene Reed age 89 of Fairfield passed away on Thursday December 26, 2024. He was born on September 5, 1935 in Parksville, KY the son of the late James and Rose (nee Scott) Reed. Harold retired from General Electric after many years of service. He is survived by his loving wife Bobbie Jean Reed; one son Mike (Robin) Reed; two grandchildren Adam (Elizabeth) Reed and Jamie (Richard) Evans; three great grandchildren Richard Evans III, Emery Evans, and Rhys Evans; one brother Foster (the late Velma) Reed. He also leaves behind many nieces, nephews, other family, and close friends. Harold was also preceded in death by one step son James Lawrence Jones; four siblings Dewey Reed, William Reed, Glenn Reed and Sophia “Jean” Gilmour. Visitation will be on Thursday January 2, 2025 at THE WEBSTER FUNERAL HOME 3080 Homeward Way at Rt. 4, Fairfield from 11:00AM until the time of the funeral at 12:00PM with Pastor Roy Chenault officiating.
