Franklin Rowland Jr

Franklin Rowland Jr. age 66 of Oxford passed away on Monday July 22, 2024. He was born on March 4, 1958 in Hamilton the son of the late Franklin and Mary (nee Couch) Rowland Sr. Frank was a veteran of the United States National Guard. He was also a member of Local 18 Operating Engineers who worked as an equipment operator. Frank is survived by his loving wife Debra Rowland; five children Franklin (Chrissie) Rowland III, Philip (LeDeea) New, Kenneth (Shelly) New, Kevin (Brittany) New, and Alisha Rowland; eleven grandchildren Brianna (George) Fluhr, Kris (Racheal) Bishop, Cecelia Rowland, Ray New, Hannah New, Angelina Barrett, Izzy Combs, Kaylee New, Kenneth New Jr, Madison Rowland, and Jaxson New; three great grandchildren Autumn Bishop, Atlas Bishop, and Arthur Jude Fluhr; six siblings Jimmy (Susie) Rowland, Billy (Judy) Rowland, Lester (Diane) Rowland, Diana (Tim) Brockman, Denise (Paul) Ream, and Della (the late Rick) Reed; He also leaves behind his mother Marylin Cecerce as well as many nieces, nephews, other family, and close friends. Frank was also preceded in death by his brother Donald Rowland; first wife Angie Rowland; and father-in-law Nick Cecerce. Visitation will be on Saturday July 27, 2024 at THE WEBSTER FUNERAL HOME 3080 Homeward Way at Rt. 4, Fairfield from 10:00AM until the time of the funeral at 12:00PM.
