Edith Mae Napier age 76 of Hamilton passed away on Friday January 31, 2025. She was born on April 26, 1948 in Hamilton the daughter of the late Ralph and Dorothy (nee Blankenship) Payne. Edith was married to Harold Napier and he preceded her in death in 1990. She is survived by three children Yogi (Kathy Wagner) Payne, David (Chrissy) Payne, and Juatana (John Bowers) Johnson; ten grandchildren Justin Payne, David Murray Jr, Austin Murray, Brianna Murray, Samantha Murray, Kayla (Mike Wood) Gibson, Destiny (Kevin Woten) Gibson, Tiffany (Alan King) Johnson, Michael Johnson Jr, and Marita Johnson; six great grandchildren Peyton, Jacob, Dalton, Makenzie, Landon, Loukas; two great great grandchildren Travis and Levi; seven siblings Mary, Ernie, Roy, Ruth, Connie, Chuck, and Juanita; one daughter in law Chrissy Payne. She also leaves behind many nieces, nephews, other family, and close friends. Edith was also preceded in death by two grandchildren daughter Mickey Johnson and Travis Payne; four siblings Dave, Ada, Charlene, and Gordon. Visitation will be on Thursday February 6, 2025 at THE WEBSTER FUNERAL HOME 3080 Homeward Way at Rt. 4, Fairfield from 11:00AM until the time of the funeral at 1:00PM with Pastor Steve Allen officiating.
