Dennis R. Fields

Dennis R. Fields age 68 of Hamilton passed away Sunday July 7, 2024 in his home. He was born November 15, 1955 in Hamilton, Ohio the son of the late Estill Fields and Geneva Crouch Fields. Denny worked as a machinist at General Electric. He was Pastor of the New Liberty Baptist Church in Hamilton for over 50 years. He enjoyed fishing and hunting and especially enjoyed his beloved family and his church family. Pastor Denny brought many to the Lord and was a credit to his community. He leaves behind his beloved wife Buttons Fields; was the father of Kailee Lovins; grandfather of Tony (Chrissy) Lovins, Matthew Lovins, Nevaeh Huff, Natalie Huff, Malachi Hopkins, and Tricia Banker; godfather of Eulissa Adkins and Jason Dozier; also survived by special brother-in-law Albert “Oopie” Lovins; sister-in-law Stephanie Fields; several brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law; niece Tracy Hoskins, nephew Little Roger Fields, as well as many other nieces and nephews. Dennis was also preceded in death by his brother Roger Fields and numerous other family members and close friends. Visitation 5-8 PM Thursday at THE WEBSTER FUNERAL HOME 3080 Homeward Way at Rt. 4, Fairfield. The funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM Friday July 12, 2024 at the funeral home with Pastor Arthur McFarland and Pastor Fred Baker, officiating.
