David L. Hawkey

David L. Hawkey age 84 of Hamilton passed away Wednesday May 1, 2024. He was born August 4, 1939 in Hamilton, Ohio the son of the late Hollie Hawkey and Hattie Schneider Hawkey. Mr. Hawkey was retired from Fisher Body Division of General Motors. He was very involved in many Masonic organizations as a member of Benjamin Franklin Masonic Lodge, Washington Lodge #17, was a Shriner, and served in many capacities in the Hamilton High Twelve Club. He was well thought of by his family and a host of close friends. He is survived by nieces and nephews Lisa (Ronald) Mardis, David Hawkey, Donald (Shirlena) Hawkey, Dennis Hawkey, and Cora Starling; and his sister- in- law Shirley Hawkey. He was also preceded in death by two brothers Jerry Hawkey and Hollie Hawkey, Jr. Visitation at THE WEBSTER FUNERAL HOME 3080 Homeward Way at Rt. 4, Fairfield on Monday May 20, 2024 from 10:00 AM until the time of the Masonic Service at 11:00 AM.
