David F. Doerflein

David F. Doerflein age 61 of Fairfield passed away Thursday February 17, 2022. He was born June 14, 1960 in Cincinnati, Ohio the son of the late Floyd and Jean (nee Klosterman) Doerflein. Dave worked as a flooring installer and enjoyed playing pool. He had a servant’s heart and was a recovered alcoholic since 1988. He was an active member of Landmark Church in Evendale where he served as a deacon and trustee. He was heavily involved in the Unbound Ministry recovery group at the church. Dave is survived by his wife Debbie Doerflein; three children, Dewey (Christy) Jones, Allie (fiance Brian Arvin) Jones, and Sarah Russell; eight grandchildren; three great grandchildren; siblings, Tom, Linda, Kathy, Janet, Judy, Sharon, Gary, the late Jimmy, and Donna; and a host of nieces and nephews and close friends. Visitation on Thursday February 24, 2022 at Landmark Church, 1600 Glendale-Milford Road, Evendale from 10:00 AM until the time of the funeral service at 12:00 PM, with Pastor Matt Holman, officiating.
