Danny D. Smith

Danny D. Smith age 71, of Hamilton, Ohio peacefully passed away at his home on January 25, 2024. Son of Ralph and Lucille (Potter) Smith. Loving husband and father. He met the love of his life Maretta in the summer of 1979 and they married 2 months later on August 31, 1979. A marriage that lasted 44 years. They knew it was meant to be. Danny leaves behind his loving wife Maretta, daughter Patricia Gober, son Danny Jr., two granddaughters Cheryl (Ryan) Shivener, Haley (Shaun) Vance, four great- grandchildren Sophia and Savaya Shivener, Graysten and Harper Vance. A sister Sharon Smith. Also numerous nieces and nephews who all adore him. He was preceded in death by his brother Darrell Smith, mother Lucille Smith and father Ralph Smith. A visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 31, 2024 from 12:00PM until the time of the funeral service at 2:00PM at THE WEBSTER FUNERAL HOME 3080 Homeward Way, Fairfield at Rt. 4.
