Dale Hachey

Dale R Hachey, age 71, passed away on October 3, 2026 from natural causes. Dale was born in Pontiac, Michigan on October 10, 1954 to parents Rudolph and Anastasia Hachey. He grew up in Berkley, Michigan before moving to Evendale, Ohio in his teens where he attended and graduated from Moeller High School in 1973. Dale was a long-term employee and retired from Clarke GM Diesel. Dale enjoyed the outdoors spending much of his leisure time camping and hiking in many parks throughout the country. He was especially fond of and spoke much of his adventures in the Rocky Mountains, the Smokey Mountains, and the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. He delighted in spending time and taking trips with his best friend Barbara Brogan. Dale Richard Hachey is survived by six siblings, David L. Hachey of Brentwood, TN, Daniel P. Hachey of Clinton Township, MI, Darrel L. Hachey of Downingtown, PA, Lisa M. Hachey of Cincinnati, OH, Donald A. Hachey of Gambrills, MD, and Daren R. Hachey of Dayton, OH. He is survived by multiple nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by two siblings, Dennis Thomas Hachey and Judith Ann Hachey. Visitation will be from 10:00 AM- 11:00 AM Thursday October 8, 2026 at Webster Funeral Home, 3080 Homeward Way, Fairfield, OH 45014. A remembrance and eulogy will be held at the funeral home, followed by interment at the Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
