Cynthia R. Whalen

Cynthia R. Whalen age 64 of Hamilton, Ohio passed away Sunday September 24, 2023. She was born November 2, 1958 in Germany the daughter of the late Charles Miller and Joyce Madden Miller. Cynthia worked as a sales associate for Loreal and also worked in housekeeping. She enjoyed baking and traveling to Florida. She greatly enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren. Cynthia is survived by her two children Colleen Ratliff and Tamara Miller; seven grandchildren Madyson Rogers, Zachary Rogers, Jennah Rogers, Luken Rogers, Breanna Hatton, Kaylyn Hatton, and Donald Hatton; and one brother Randy (Mary Lou) Miller. Cynthia was also preceded in death by three brothers Kevin Miller, Steve Miller, and Craig Miller.
