Connie S. Delph age 81 of Fairfield passed away Wednesday February 16, 2022. She was born in Kentucky on April 21, 1940 the daughter of the late Charlie Sandlin and Pairlee Hornsby Sandlin. Mrs. Delph is survived by her three children Angela Samir, Melissa Stepp, and Crystal Fultz; twelve grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
