Clinton L. Rouse

Clinton L. Rouse age 79 of Fairfield passed away Thursday June 12, 2025. He was born May 27, 1946 in Osgood, Indiana the son of the late Harvey Rouse and Alice Evelyn (Lakeman) Rouse. On May 29, 1967 he married Eva Johnson. Mr. Rouse worked for years as a senior metrologist at Cincinnati Milacron. He was a member of the Hugh Harris Masonic Lodge in Corbin, Kentucky, the Scottish Rite of Cincinnati, was the Past Patron of the Order of Eastern Star in Corbin, Kentucky, and was a Shriner in Lexington, Kentucky. Mr. Rouse was a deacon at the Calvary Baptist Church in Corbin, Kentucky and was a member of the East River Road Baptist Church in Fairfield, Ohio. He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Eva Johnson Rouse; two children Julie Ann (Michael) Marshall and Clinton Lee (Morgan) Rouse, Jr.; six grandchildren Stephanie House, Candi House, Amanda (Zachary) Nitzsche, Gage Rouse, Ethan (Alexis) Rouse, and Sophia Rouse; seven great grandchildren Caleb, Skylar, Landen, Ishaia, Bronson, Ellie, and Bailey; and siblings Alice Kuykendall, Ernie (Linda) Rouse, Diana Callahan, and the late Ricky Rouse, and the late Harvey D. Rouse. Visitation 10:00 AM until 12:00 PM Tuesday June 17, 2025 at THE WEBSTER FUNERAL HOME 3080 Homeward Way at Rt. 4, Fairfield. A Masonic Service will begin at 12:00 PM followed by the funeral service with Pastor David Haarmeyer, officiating. Burial to follow in Crown Hill Memorial Park.
