Charlotte “Pee-Wee” Lower age 63 of Hamilton passed away Saturday July 27, 2024. She was born December 2, 1960 in Hamilton, Ohio the daughter of the late William Dawes and Evelyn Settles Dawes. She is survived by her daughter Christina (Timothy) Roberts; two brothers Joe (Maggie) Egner and Bear Dawes; and her partner Bobby Bowling.
