Charlene Hammock age 58 of New Lebanon, OH passed away on Sunday November 3, 2024. She was born in Hamilton the daughter of the late Clarence Prater Sr and Charlotte (nee Cope) Roberts. She is survived by her loving husband of over 36 years Jeff Hammock; five sons Jeffrey Hammock Jr, Dusty Hammock, Zachary Hammock, Jason Hammock, and Jeremy Hammock; ten grandchildren with one on the way; step mom Mildred Prater; siblings Carla (Brady) Grooms, Wayne (Stacy) Prater Jr., Karrie Hatterer, and Allison Frankowski. She also leaves behind many nieces, nephews, other family, and close friends. Visitation will be on Thursday November 7, 2024 at THE WEBSTER FUNERAL HOME 3080 Homeward Way at Rt. 4, Fairfield from 10:00AM until the time of the funeral at 12:00PM.
