Chad L. Spurlock age 41, of Hamilton, Ohio passed away Sunday, October 29, 2023. He was born January 27, 1982 to Diana (nee Robbins) Spurlock and the late Ricky L. Spurlock.
Chad is survived by his children, Austin, Faith, Nathan, and Mason; his mother Diana Spurlock; his sister, Nicole (Lester) Bowling, and his grandmother, Rosa Robbins.
Chad was preceded in death by his father, Ricky L. Spurlock.
