Catherine A. Thompson

Catherine A. Thompson of West Chester passed away on Thursday August 10, 2023. She was born on August 29, 1931 in Reading, OH the daughter of the late John and Mildred (nee Brotherton) Flege. Catherine was married to Eugene Thompson, and he preceded her in death in 2002. She is survived by three children Deborah (the late David) Crouch, John Michael (Susan) Eve, and James A. (Renee) Eve; six grandchildren Steve (Kim) Hanrahan, Kimberly (Barry) Lamb, Amber Sams, Lauren (Donnie) Cornwell, and Clinton Eve; seven great grandchildren Zachary, Abigail, Courtney, Carter, Kyle, Kemper, and Mila. Catherine also leaves behind many nieces, nephews, other family and close friends. She was also preceded in death by her daughter Susan Marie Eve; grandson Nathan Eve; great granddaughter Emily Lamb. Visitation at St. John the Evangelist Church, 9080 Cincinnati-Dayton Road, West Chester on Thursday August 24, 2023 from 10:00 AM until the time of the Mass at 11:00 AM.
